Three Groves Tee Shirts

As part of our effort to get the word out, we’re going to start having Three Groves Ecovillage tee shirts available. They are medium-weight organic cotton, grown in Texas, pieced in North Carolina, and printed in Florida. The dyes are vegetable dyes, and the cotton is unbleached. The best part was that when I opened the first box of them, there was no chemical smell. I’m the kind of person who can’t abide the smell of most new clothing and I have to wash it before I ever wear it. Not these.

We’ll be offering these at the fairs where we have a table, $10 cash or check only. This is our cost because in truth, our goal is to get you to wear and enjoy the shirt, not to make a profit….OK, OK, we want you to wear our advertising, too. Until we see how this goes, we’ll order small quantities of adult sizes (S – 3XL) to have on hand, but if there is demand for children’s sizes, we can order more of those in later batches. One thing I learned from my sister was that you should not order several hundred tee shirts at once without a good plan to move them. (On the bright side, no one in the family bought tee shirts for years.)
